Country List

This Country List identifies the countries where FIVE LUXX currently accepts orders and provides the country-specific checkout, delivery, and shipping information used by the webshop.

The Country List is the central reference for country availability, checkout currency, estimated delivery time after dispatch, standard shipping fees, and free-shipping thresholds. If FIVE LUXX adds, removes, or changes a country, this document should be updated instead of repeating country-specific information across multiple policies.

The public shipping structure is based on fixed country/zone rates. Supplier-specific carrier names, warehouse names, weight bands, and internal supplier costs are not displayed to customers.

•  Delivery estimates are counted from dispatch, not from the order date.

•  Processing time is separate and is described in the Shipping Policy. Most orders are prepared within 12-48 hours, but processing may take up to 4 business days in some cases.

•  Shipping fees are fixed by delivery country or region and are shown at checkout before payment.

•  For non-EUR checkout currencies, the local currency amount shown at checkout applies. The EUR amounts in this Country List are the base public shipping rates used for the shipping-zone model.

•  Some orders may be shipped from different warehouses or fulfillment partners. If an order contains multiple items, items may be shipped separately where necessary.

•  Supplier names, carrier names, warehouse locations, weight bands, and internal supplier costs are not shown in this customer-facing Country List.
